Ask in the visit
The problem
Patient health is continuous, but physicians often make decisions using fragmented information spread across medical records, labs, wearables, and patient memory. Important patterns are missed, leaving clinicians to piece together the story in a short office visit.
Our solution
Rhythia brings medical history, wearable data, labs, symptoms, and lifestyle trends into one connected view.
The platform helps clinicians quickly understand what has changed and identify meaningful patterns across time.
Rhythia is designed to support informed physician decisions, not replace clinical judgment.
Why now
Rhythia's mission is to transform healthcare from snapshots to stories. Wearables, AI, and digital health data have created an unprecedented opportunity to move care from reactive to proactive. The challenge is turning fragmented data into actionable clinical insight.
Product status
Rhythia is currently in the concept and prototype design phase. We are partnering with physicians to validate workflows and build the first generation of our AI-powered clinical intelligence platform.
